All of the following packages will be prepared using Kosher Hechtured products under the guidelines and requirements of the individual supervising Rabbis of the Temple where the event will be taking place. If strict Glatt Kosher is required, your event may be done under the supervision of the Va'ad Hakashut of Buffalo and served on our Glatt Kosher china. Additional fees for supervision and china rental will apply based on the time requirements of your event.
